In the nineties, the Ghazi Foundation Society was founded with the association of Modern Technocrats Institutes, Initially, Modern Technocrats Institute started to provide Diploma level Education in Computer Science with the affiliation of Sindh Board of Technical Education. The government of Sindh Later started certificate courses in Graphics / Textile designing, Databases, Visual software, Language courses, etc. Considering the need, Ghazi Foundation College established under the auspices management of Ghazi Foundation, Started Intermediate, Degree level programs and short-term professional courses with the affiliations of the Directorate of Colleges, Intermediate and Secondary Boards of Education, and FUUAST University. In 2005, Ghazi Education Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. was established to provide education on international standards. The institutions running under the Ghazi Foundation Society then started working with the technical support of Ghazi Education Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. Since then number of campuses have been introduced in different areas as well and various other courses have been introduced as per market demand. The courses offered by Ghazi Foundation College are focused on the expertise, skills, and knowledge needed in today's competitive era.
